Curriculog - Curriculum Management System
In order to view and/or submit any curricular proposal, including WES Cyclic Review submissions, please visit the link at the upper right, which will take you to WMU's Bronco NetID login page. Once signed in, you will be able to use the tabs to start a new proposal, review and comment upon any proposals specific to your role, and view any proposal currently in the system from across the university.
Deadlines and Reminders
For inclusion in the Fall 2026 catalog, proposals for new, revised, or deleted courses and programs must receive all the necessary approvals through the college and dean by October 31; proposals for new, renamed, or deleted programs have until December 31 to obtain approval through the President's office. Proposals for new, deleted, or modified courses approved through the college and dean after October 31 but no later than March 31 will be available for scheduling in Spring 2026. Any changes to WMU Essential Studies classes or additions of classes to the WMU Essential Studies program must observe the October 31 deadline, as such changes may only be effective in the fall. For more details on the approval timetable, follow the Faculty Senate link below to reach the "general guidelines of curriculum change."
